What is my customer number and where can I find it?

This is at the top right of your statement and starts with ‘CUS’ for example CUS1234567. You’ll need to have this to hand if you talk to our team about your account, submitting a meter reading or to make a payment.

Switching to E-Billing

Electronic billing direct to your inbox.

Our system allows e-billing direct to your inbox, removing the need for you to check your online account. If you would like to use this service and switch to receiving your statements via email, please get in touch.

Send an email through to our customer service team including your customer reference number and we will switch you to our paperless service.
